"Classes by Request"

Life post-Covid has me doing only private classes.  No need to get you in my cozy kitchen with a group of strangers :(  I've left some of my old schedule on the website (see below), just to give you ideas for your own classes.

Here's how it works:
  • You choose a date/time and menu that you like. Classes can be held in my home or yours. See my "sample classes" page for menu ideas, and my "class calendar" page for dates.  Classes are held on weekdays, between 9am and 6pm., with an occasional weekend day thrown in.  Please note that weekend dates do book quickly and pretty far in advance!
  • In my home, you may have up to 4 students and the total cost is $280. So with 4 people, that would work out to $70/person.
  • If you have the class in your home, prices start at @ $80/person (I will bring all food, cooking utensils, and recipes). There is a minimum charge of $320, with a $80 fee for each additional person after the 4th.

So take a look at my "sample classes" page to find a menu that appeals to you. Then gather your friends or family and let's start cooking!
