"Classes by Request"

Life post-Covid has me doing only private classes.  No need to get you in my cozy kitchen with a group of strangers :(  I've left some of my old schedule on the website (see below), just to give you ideas for your own classes.

Here's how it works:
  • You choose a date/time and menu that you like. Classes can be held in my home or yours. See my "sample classes" page for menu ideas, and my "class calendar" page for dates.  I prefer to do classes weekdays, between 9am and 6pm., with an occasional weekend day thrown in.  Please note that weekend dates book quickly and pretty far in advance!
  • In my home, you may have up to 4 students and the total cost is $200. So with 4 people, that would work out to $50/person.
  • If you have the class in your home, prices start at @ $60/person (I will bring all food, cooking utensils, and recipes). There is a minimum charge of $240, with a $60 fee for each additional person after the 4th.

So take a look at my "sample classes" page to find a menu that appeals to you. Then gather your friends or family and let's start cooking!
